🔴We give our best effort to ensure that the product(s) you ordered online meets your expectations, but occasionally orders may reach you in a manner that is not anticipated. We will rectify any such claims or discrepancies related to your purchase.
Any product would qualify as a return if it meets any of the following condition(s):

* Products with major quality defects
* Products damaged during shipment
* Wrong product, size or colour
* Product lost in shipment

🔴Upon Getting the parcel if he/she wants to return the parcel after checking the parcel in front of delivery person, he/she would have the pay the delivery charge of the parcel. (Inside Dhaka 60 taka and Dhaka sub and outside Dhaka 130 taka) 
the amount of delivery charge is not discountable nor avoidable.

🔴In any case no money shall be returned to the customer. If he/she receives a faulty or damaged item from Lyonora, it shall be forwarded to Online credit where they will be able to choose a similar product in the same/higher price range.


🔴The Faulty item might be returned to Lyonora within 3 days of delivery. Upon consideration by our team we will inform the customer about the product and if any request of size exchange, damage product and return is applicable.


🔴Discount Sales
Our return & exchange policy shall not be applicable for any discount sales product(s). Any discount item once purchased cannot be exchanged or returned. No return or exchange is applicable for purchases made during the campaign period.

🔴We have made every effort to represent each product colour as accurately as possible on the website. However, due to monitor discrepancies of personal computer/laptop/tablet/hand-held devices, we cannot guarantee that your display of colour will be accurate.

🔴Shipping timedepends on the service provider company, if any difficulties came service provider will contact customer.

🔴If you order online, delivery charge will be added depends on order amount, Size and weight and location. Customer should pay this delivery cost. Lyonora holds the right to change this cost any time.

🔴In the event an Lyonora product is listed at an incorrect price due to photographical or typographical error or error in pricing information, Lyonora shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. All our product prices and services are subject to tax as applicable by laws of Bangladesh.

🔴while Lyonora tries to ensure this Website is normally available twenty-four (24) hours a day, Lyonora will not be responsible if this Website is unavailable at any time or for any period. Access to this Website may be suspended temporarily and without notice.
