Terms & Conditions

  • We always try to ensure your order meets your expectations. Returns/exchanges are accepted only for:
    • Major quality defects
    • Wrong product, size, or colour
    • Lost parcels
  • If you return a parcel after checking it in front of the delivery person, the delivery charge must be paid: ৳60 inside Dhaka, ৳130 for Dhaka Sub & outside Dhaka. This charge is non-refundable.
  • Delivery: Inside Dhaka: up to 3 business days | Outside Dhaka: up to 5 business days. Delivery times depend on our courier partner.
  • No cash refunds. Approved faulty/damaged returns will be converted to Online Credit, which can be used for a similar or higher-priced product.
  • Faulty/damaged products must be reported within 3 days of delivery. Our team will review the claim and confirm whether an exchange/return is applicable.
  • Discount/Campaign products: No return or exchange is available once purchased.
  • Product colours may vary slightly depending on your screen/device settings.
  • Delivery charges depend on order value, size, weight, and location. Lyonora reserves the right to change delivery charges when necessary.
  • If a product is listed at an incorrect price due to an error, Lyonora reserves the right to cancel the order. Applicable taxes will be charged according to Bangladesh law.
  • Website availability may occasionally be interrupted due to maintenance or technical issues.
